Just to make it easier to track Tournament information and discussions, I made a new forum for tournament-related discussions only. Check it out!

Hey guys! Round 1 is over and round 2 is just beginning, so don't sit down just yet! After four three nail-biting matches this weekend, we still have 4 teams with their eyes on the first place title. To view brackets and match information, view the Tournament page.
I have posted all of Round 2's matches for next weekend. To check your match time, view the tournament brackets. I tried to pick reasonable times for everybody, so hopefully these times won't be a problem. I also gave everybody a chance to request a day and time worked best for them, so that I could work around their schedule...and nobody posted, so I assumed that everyone is free all of next weekend (so nobody should be complaining). But...I will still remain flexable, so if you have a problem with your match time, let me know in the tournament discussion thread.
That's about all I have to say for now, but I can't end this column without some kind of a closing statement, because by posting this...little blurb, the general public expects me to be a competent writer. But the problem is that when I'm put on the spot, I often times am at lost for words, causing momentary awkward silences where everybody is just stairing at me while I try to recover myself and I start to sweat...although right now, I wouldn't say I'm so much as lost for words as I am struggling to find a way to close this.............article?

I have scheduled all of the matches for this weekend. You can check all of the times & dates on the Tournament Bracket on the Tournament page.
If these times won't work out for you, let me know in advance and we'll try to find a good time (this doesn't mean in advance by half an hour!) I tried to pick reasonable times for everybody.
Remember, if you fail to attend your scheduled match, you will be replaced by a reserve (so reserves, make sure you're around). If both you and your partner fail to attend the match, you will forfeit the match and your opponent will advance to the next round.
If you have any questions, let me know. ~ Zap | | | Thursday, January 15th, 2009 | | |
